Interview and job selection
Our team will contact you within 1-3 business days. We will discuss your goals, experience and offer suitable vacancies.

Signing the employment contract
After successful selection, you will receive an official employment contract with all conditions - salary, working hours, probation period.
Tip: Read the contract carefully. If you have questions, feel free to ask our coordinators.
Document preparation
Check ID card or passport validity (at least 6 months). Get EHIC card from your health insurance. We will help with the rest.
Tip: EHIC card can be obtained within 1-2 days from your health insurance or electronically.
Travel to Norway
In many cases T&A Nordic helps with travel organization. You will receive detailed information about arrival location and time.
Tip: Work clothes are usually provided. Bring personal items and copies of documents.
First weeks in Norway

Can I go to work with my partner or family?
Yes! We regularly employ couples and provide shared accommodation. The most popular industries for couples are fish factories and construction, where you can work together or in nearby companies.
How is salary paid?
Salary is paid once a month to your bank account. Initially you can use a Latvian bank account, later we recommend opening a Norwegian account for convenience. Taxes are deducted automatically.
What happens if I dont like the job or location?
We try to ensure a good fit, but if problems arise, you can contact our coordinators. In many cases we can offer a different position or company.
